Microsoft slashes surface pro 13 prices, matching ipad pro in some bundles

Just over a month after its launch, Microsoft's latest Surface Pro 13 tablets are already seeing significant price cuts on Amazon, with some configurations now matching Apple's iPad Pro in terms of cost.

Surface pro 13 discounts range from $300 to $450 off

The base model, featuring a 10-core Snapdragon X2 Plus processor, 16GB RAM, and 256GB storage, is now discounted by $300 to $1,199.99. This puts it on par with an iPad Pro 13 (2025) in a similar configuration.

A higher-end Surface Pro 13 with a 12-core Snapdragon X2 Elite, 16GB RAM, and 1TB storage has seen an even more substantial $450 discount, dropping its price to $1,649.99. This configuration would normally cost $2,099.99.

Another middle-tier option with a 10-core Snapdragon X2 Plus, 16GB RAM, and 512GB storage is also on sale for $300 off, now priced at $1,599.99.

These price cuts come after Microsoft launched the Surface Pro 13 with Qualcomm's Snapdragon X2 processors, positioning it as a Windows alternative to Apple's iPad Pro lineup.

The Surface Pro 13 offers a 13-inch PixelSense display, up to 15.5 hours of battery life, and two USB-C ports for versatile connectivity options.
